Today when I was working.....a little baby with his father came for treatment

The baby is too cute and lovely.

When I was checking him I feel constant stare on me ...yeah baby's father looking at me as I will do something to his baby.

I internally laughed when he is trying to take baby back but baby doesn't want to go to him .

Baby put his face in crook of my neck and blabber....."mmmm mamm "

I thought he is Missing his mamma so I said to Mr . baby's father

But he seems to offended by my talk and went out .

People nowadays......but I encounter such people daily so it doesn't matter

My job is to advise him .

But a revelation done by his mother......makes me very sad .

" Beta actually her mother is no more....she died when kunnu born

That's why this is very sensitive topic for my son " she said.

"Don't worry mam I don't mind" i said.

"Are you married.... you are too good with kids" she asked

Aunties and their non stop marriage talk basically 10 out of 7 aunties asked me this question every week.

"No aunty I'm not married and I'm kid's doctor that's why I am good in handling them " i said.

Okay beta I was just curious.

I literally felt very bad....in such a small age when he wants all attention of her mamma ....he can't get it .

At age of 25 .... first person I need is mamma

I can't do anything without her .

If it is in my power.... I'll take baby away from that grumpy men

And shower all love to him .

When he put his Little head on my shoulder I felt completed  .



Thinking all this i slept.

In morning I woke and get ready for hospital.

I went downstairs and saw mamma is cooking

"Good morning mamma"

Good morning beta

Good morning didi.... ritvik said

Good morning idiot

"Mom see your daughter is saying idiot to me

Marry her to someone and send her off "

He said

"You will cry the most when I'm gonna married." I said

"No I will be the happiest person...but no sane mind person will marry you

So that's okay behave properly with me because you need to stay with me lifetime" he said

" You gonna get a good beating....if you said one another thing" i said

"Why ..no one marry my daughter

She is beautiful and independent and ....there are lots of marriage proposals coming for her since one year." My mom said.

"Look .......i said.

" But beta now I am thinking that you should meet some of them

As you are stable in your life....so why not take this step of life " mom said

"Mom you know na no one wants to marry me after they know the truth because everyone wants heir for their family."

I said because this is the only escape from marriage.

"No worries beta ...not everyone is same okay" mom said.

Okay I said and came out of the house.

In hospital

The day is as usual but I can't help but thinking about that baby.

As it's 6 o'clock I came back in my cabin to take my bag ......as it's time to go home.

But as I walked out of the door

The men that came yesterday....came to me running with baby

"Dr aadhya... please check...he is not breathing

I hurriedly picked him

And went in  room ....i close his nose and and does cpr

Now his breathing returned and he started crying

But as his eye fall on me he stopped crying

"Mmmm ....mmmm .....mamma.....he said looking towards me .

First time in my career there are tears in my eye after seeing his condition.

I took him in my arms

" Baby ssssshhh I'm here .... don't cry " i said and try to make him stable by rocking and moving in room 

Finally after 15 minutes he became stable.

His father looking very helpless as his life depends in baby.

"Doctor what happened.... please tell me I can't see him as he was today" he asked and a tear slipped from his eyes.

" You don't have to worry sometime kids forget to breathe due to lots of cry

Next time don't let him cry too much" ...i said calmly.

"His name is kunnu? "I asked him

Yes he said .

Okay you sit here ..... I'll back in few minutes

I came in another room where mother's milk stored for kids

I took out one bottle and returned in cabin

Kunnu is looking me so intantly that if he blink I will disappear.

I sat on my chair kunnu on my lap and make him drink milk from bottle.

I kissed on his forehead

I know he doesn't want to sleep but due to exhaustation he slept.

I placed him near my chest securely holding his head .

I forgot all my tiredness after looking his calm face.

His father constant stare ......aaah what should I do with these man .

"Mr .  Staring is bad .. don't you know" i said

"Does my eyes affect you? "He said .......audicity of this men .

No why would I be affected. I said

Mr whats your name I forgot to ask ....i asked him.

He placed a card on my desk

" You know in india there is no tax on speaking" i said .

"Oh I don't know that....i am so grateful that you entitled me with this information"

He said mockingly.

I was about to speak but kunnu stirred in sleep so ... ...i choose to remain silent as it will disturb his sleep.

I took his card ....and his name is vardhan singh yaduvanshi

Ceo of yaduvanshi enterprise.

Oh rich people...i said internally.

"You really love kids " ....he said

If it is in my power I'll steal your baby I said slowly looking towards kunnu.

What? He again asked

"Yes mr. Yaduvanshi I love kids" i said

"Okay now you can take kunnu back ...he is stable and please care him lot ....he is still very small despite his age." I said

I handed him his baby .... kunnu makes faces in sleep as he doesn't want to leave me

His father hold him carefully and went out

I also took my bag and came out of the hospital and returned back to home.

It's been a week after that night since I saw my baby kunnu

I know he is not mine.

I am working in hospital as usual and it's time to go home

As I went towards garage.....I saw Mr YADUVANSHI standing against his car .

He walked towards me ....

"I want to talk to you....it's urgent" he said.

"No mr yaduvanshi it's not my working hours

You can take my appointment tomorrow in hospital" I said and sat on my scooty....and my scooty betrayed me it's not even starting

He is looking me mockingly

I want to wipe that smirk on his face .

"Dr .. if you don't mind i can drop you " ...he said.

"No I'll book the cab " i said

"Dr. Aadhya don't be stubborn....i want to talk about kunnu" he said .

After hearing baby's name I said yes to his offer .

I think he has done something to my scooty

We both sat down in car

"Say what you want to say we don't have whole night " i said breaking the silence.

"But we will have whole life not only whole night " he said.

"What do you mean say clearly " i said

He stopped car ...and we came out of car

"Dr aadhya you know my son likes you and you also have soft spot for him. " He said

"So .........? " I asked

"Marry me " he said calmly.

And he dropped bomb on me .....is he out of his mind..

What ? I shouted

Am I listening correctly mr yaduvanshi I asked.

"Yes " ...he said

"My mother already talked to your mom and we are coming your house tomorrow

So I thought why not tell you beforehand "

He said.

I didn't say anything to him and sat in the car ......mom also didn't tell me anything

How can I marry a stranger

It's like a shock to me .

He dropped me home we both didn't talk in whole ride

I went in the house

" Beta you came .....sit with me"  mom said

"Beta tomorrow a family coming for marriage alliance I didn't say yes to them it's your choice

But you should meet them "

She said

"Beta don't stress yourself " mom said

Okay I replied and came to room

Aaah this marriage thing....i want to get marry but now I don't know what to do

I always dreamt of falling in love and want to experience it

Here he said ....my son likes you.... everyone says I like you

Here he said my son likes you

It means he only marrying for baby...... offcourse he is because how can he forget his wife.

I lost appetite and slept.

Guys don't think the pace of story is fast because their story will start after marriage
